Hey everyone, my name is Devin and I work with an email data hygiene and analytics platform. If anyone has and questions about basic data hygiene, filtering hard bounces, spam traps, complainers, etc.. let me know how I can help.

What's the best way to clean an email database? Algorithmically speaking if possible. I'm thinking of making some software.

You could start by checking for duplicates and spelling errors by writing yourself some software. But to truly verify that the email address is correct and being used you will have to "ping" the domain to validate.
