Hi, so I will do Seo for 8000 monthly searches keyword and all good .com domains for this keywords are taken

Is it bad for seo if domain has dashes(hyphens) in it? example. bestwebsite.com / best-website.com (Just example links)

I am pretty sure you mean hyphens!
Anyway, I personally prefer a clean URL. No idea if it is is negatively impacting SEO to use hyphens but it just looks cheap and "unprofessional" to me.

Yea hyphens, I don't really need it to look 'great', the audience is not that demanding, I'm just interested about the Seo part

From my experience it does not directly affect that rankings of a kw in seo, but is annoying if you wanted someone type in your URL which i'm sure you don't...

more than 2 Dashes in domain can harm your ranking, up to 2 is on and no seo issues.

As all mentioned above dashes as well as hyphens will not be an serious issue with SEO. But the thing is it will be difficult to type those links in the address bar which will turn into frustration of the people who use it.

How about just adding a "MY" in front of the domain you are looking at?
