dashboard creater

Hello guys, I am looking for someone who can make me a dashboard of a website that I do not own. I need back end access to it. All the information that my dashboard needs to have is available on the website however I have to manually go one by one, and I know there is something that can do all this work for me and put it on my dashbaord. I believe it is called datascrapping or using something like API.

I am not experienced in this, but I know the dashboard creation is possible, so I need someone who can potentially make it.
