The darkweb is just a general term. There's i2p, tor, etc. Just like the "internet" is primarily the HTTP and TCP/IP protocols.
In other words: You can do anything or could do nothing. It's like asking what you could do at your neighbor's house.

I dont know your direction, but you can probably concretize your question. Besides the fact that it is not safe for you to make money there, Marketplaces are everywhere.

There are things and money making methods you can find on the dark web, but be very careful. It's sharks and jaguars out there, if people do stupid shit on BHW they get slapped, but can't say the same for other places.

Not really, "only scammers," but the chances are definitely higher than getting scammed here, on eBay, or somewhere else, where proper Moderation and Imprint, etc., are in place.

So if you don't know what you're doing already, there is a chance you'll do something wrong there.
It's like being a pharma person without papers for it. You can do stupid stuff (take too much drugs, get busted for doing deals there etc).
I think there's some info there that is useful, but nobody will do the work for you. You'd have to get through tons of bs on scam advice and drug content before getting anything interesting that would be useful in clearnet.

Im just in a bad circumstance right now bro. I started thinking about it like 2 days ago when I was looking in Yt for ways to make money. So my knowledge and experience with it is 0. It would help me a lot to if you could give me some basic info about it.
