Spoke with a guy that claims he get 400 niche websites in a day and out of them at least 10% rank high, there's some crazy methods out there

yeah, but as usual, they're reserved to people with deep pockets. Can you imagine how much it would cost you to set up 400 niche sites a day? That's 12k sites a month, which is $120k a month in domain name fees alone, and the hosting costs 2x or 3x that, not to mention the VAs and other SEO tools and services you need to keep this model scaled up. I don't make 12k a year, and those people spend 50k a month in domain names and hosting alone... and they're not even rich...
 
I see these spammy sites dominating in SEMRush winners and losers. Any particular reason why they seem to be foreign domains? They still seem to rank well in the US.

1 - Buy expired domains at first. Then, you can buy new domains later
2 - Run a scraper, provide it with a list of thousands of keywords, it will search for them in google, scrape the meta description and mix them, then publish an article where each title is one of the keywords and article is a chunck of keywords of this list
3 - Which is the most important part, interlink between random articles in the website and from other domains using random generated letters as anchors

Finally, the upfront costs of this isn't low, so they must have known from the beginning it will work. Also, how they executed it shows they knew exactly what they were doing in each single step. They knew exactly how the Algorithm works like they are the ones who written it themselves

Does anyone know why 3) is the most important part? Is it because the internal links pass more juice if they are randomized rather than all the same anchor text? Or is it something else...?
 
For these sites, the content and the links both seem to be dynamic. Newly generated each refresh.

Do people think that this is somehow helping his rankings? Is this some sort of trick?

Or, maybe he's just doing it for technical reasons, and it doesn't actually help the SEO? Maybe because he has so many sites with so many millions of pages, instead of saving each page, it's easier for him to just generate the page new each visit.

What do people think, is this dynamic content and links an SEO trick, or just a technical necessity?

This is not new, in fact this is a super old method. Google's latest updates have made this much easier to scale for me which is why I hit more generic keywords. Before this I was hitting very specific niches.

Monetization is just sending the traffic to CPA sweepstake offers.

Target a few hundred thousand keywords per site and blast away. For me the average site lasts around a week but I see other sites last much longer, not sure what they're doing (expired domains maybe?).

I honestly started this when these sites started outranking my white hat site earlier last year.

There used to be a lot of talk on BHW on how to do this stuff, not really sure what questions people would have as most of it is self explanatory.

What other ways do you suggest? I don't really like sending traffic to random CPA offers

how do they write articles?

Articles are scraped and mixed randomly with lowest possible quality.
You can achieve similar results with GSA Content Generator.

I'm still fascinated by these sites especially because all of these powerful AI, sophisticated algorithms, updates over updates, Google is still indexing and ranking these sites.

It's all garbage text. Why can't Google simply block it from indexing?

Today I saw a big one with 18.6M keywords and 369,000 indexed pages.

Most of the sites rank for only 3/4 days but this one going on for 12 days now.

They have thousands of domains and from the code, it looks like they use a website builder called "RapidWeaver".

This is a Website Builder for Mac but I don't know what's special about it or why they use this particular tool.
 
Please send me the links to those websites so that I can analyze the methods and figure out how they work. :D

They might have just added stuff to look like it to their source code. I do basicly the same in my html spintax - a lot of typical wordpress stuff for example, just lay false hints. This might make it a bit more difficult, to find patterns and block new domains even before indexing.
 
The whole idea create a lot of websites(hundreds of domains per day) with few hundred thousand pages and interlink all the sites. Type walmart near me in google and check those .de .fr domains
