Personally I think this is a case in point for 'dire' need for spambrain and the kind of site's they are after with their updates. Your average greyhat site owners might be worrying a bit too much about that imo.

This specifically is a good find though. Very intriguing.

it has two option, create a page in dir or save on database and run dynamically
 
i forget about the link, you can search in forum. if im not wrong, Thread has title "INDEXER".
 
After seeing this thread, im now running test with some method to create dynamic link page's

im using, GSC + Api Indexing. i will reports in a days if my test is work.

What's all the fuss about? Those are hacked websites that are injected with links.

I wouldn't trust SEMRush traffic & impressions data. For example, one site that I own is ranking #1 for a keyword with a traffic of 5K visitors per month, yet I get 0 impressions & clicks from it (GSC).
 
the real traffic wont be that high. they just blast keyword for their client by using that site. just another blackhat stuff as i know
