That's awesome hearing that it allows you to stay home with your little ones and raise them yourself rather than having to stick them in daycare etc. :biggthump

We've actually got a new contributor in my "made $30 on two articles today" thread who's a bit of a convert from a longtime whitehat AC user. By reading the forums at AC about the "blackhatters" they actually decided to join our side of the camp. :headbang:

This is an 8 second difference. This is huge. This means the program will spit out 30 articles that meet criteria (word count) in just 12 seconds. Without multi-threading, it will spit 30 articles out in 20.

Depending on what you want your article keywords to be, this can mean the difference between leaving Topic Getter open for 1 hour to find articles, and leaving it open for 20 minutes.

(You still don't have to do any work, but faster is always nicer.)

Man, I can't wait for this tool. It's not only great for AC writers, but article writers in general. Is there any sign of a release in the near future? I'm certainly not rushing you...just curious. I was going to outsource to a programmer to get something like this made for me, but I have no reason to now. Thanks and I can't wait!!
 
I can't say yet as to a release date. I've got some sweet contests I want to run for the release, though. Some of you will get Topic Getter for free. ;)

Here's how Topic Getter looks so far:

You type in your keyword, and word length, then you select which directory you would like to pull from.

Once you click start, the Articles frame will populate a listbox with article titles of proper length from the directory specified.

Simply double-click on the article title and it will be stored in the Articles Downloaded listbox below.

When exporting the articles you downloaded to a folder, you can choose to zip them up right there to send to your writer, or you can click the simpler "Export" button and have it export to an unzipped folder (named as the keyword you put in).

Great software you got in here man! You really pulled it together again, huh!

Oh man! Can't thank you and Gnexx enough for this freakin' awesome software you got! --Honestly, I am getting into some trouble with my wife right now about not giving her enough time and attention 'coz I'm soooo much busy working my way around IM; Ac in particular.

Wheww! So much about that!-- Just can't wait for the release of this hot baby! :D

I got one feature to throw in though: >> How about a "search queue" feature? Is that possible? That way you can just input 2, 3, 4, or even 10 keywords and leave it to search while you do other things. It'll pretty much automate the process.

Just my 2 cents mate!... What do you think??...
 
It's a good idea. I'll see what I can do about it. It may not make it into this release, but you may see it in a future update. :)

We can discuss this a bit more after the release of Topic Getter. I've got very little spare time these days. :(
 
The best answer I can give is "when it's done".

This is a huge project and it's going to require some back end programming for the license codes, etc.
 
In an effort to get this to you all much faster, I've disabled multithreading for now.

It's been giving me way too many problems, and I'll sort them out later. It'll be multithreaded in an update.
