Pretty simple. If you use extensive cpu then you get limited automatic. so your website is either shitty optimized or you host videos. This is why people use VPS instead.

they have unmanaged openvz vps's for 33 dollars a year, just have to setup LAMP. well with 3 gbs ram and 3000 gb of data then it goes down to 100Mbps. you can get them even cheaper with less resources

What type of plan do you have with them? What kind of resource limits are you hitting? Is it bandwidth, ram, cpu?
Depending on what plan you are on you may need to upgrade or Might look into moving to a new web host.

If you're running a wordpress site...
There's a chance you're being attacked by bot traffic. Install Bot Block plugin.
If you're still suffering from high resources hog, then try installing WP Fastest Cache plugin or something similar. It will lessen your server's load a lot.
If you're also using Jetpack plugin, you may want to turn it off and use some lighter alternative. According to my observations, I notice Jetpack plugin uses quite a lot of resources.

Yep. Jetpack uses a lot of resources. W3 Total Cache is heavier than WP Super Cache, too

they tell me. im in ddos attack but that's not.. i am running 50,000$ worth of ads via.facebook to boost my traffic well. it seems they can't hold my traffic. i just transfer to godaddy yesterday! and they can hold!

There are many ways to scale for sites that get high traffic. And if you are getting that much, then you also want a powerful server that speeds up your site. if not all your investment goes down the drain.

Everything you just said is wrong. Just wrong.
First you need a VPS or even dedicated server to survive that kind of load.
Second, optimization of your website must be done perfectly, or not even a dedicated server will survive.
Third, GoDaddy and Namecheap are not made to support that kind of website, they are cheap and low end solutions for medium websites, with average trafick, at best.
