This is an ad for a Bitcoin robot, the usual scam fake news site. It quite literally says "make money with the secret system bla bla bla" and redirects to a scam well-known in Germany.

Just how do they get this approved?!

Cloaking, and/or using an old aged account with trust(?) that might skip manual reviews (until reported).

Lol gotta love big bööbs. That was clearly passed because of the trick of using other letters though, otherwise it wouldn't have been accepted.

Then why do my ads get disapproved all the time? What are they doing right that I do wrong? Or is that the reason why people pay so much for an aged Adwords account?

I even worked for the guys and never learned everything in their shitty callcenter.

Cloaker-cloaker-cloaker... People u need to understand that cloaker has nothing to do with adcopies or keywords. Cloaker is tool that u use AFTER u have ads live. Cloaker is not some kind of magic tool that gets all approved and live. But different countries have different restrictions and also different account types have different restrictions. So everything is possible but it is definitely not about cloaker.
