It is akin to "So how do I find people to buy my product?" or "How do I create a product?" or "How do I find new good markets?". If you think the answer to "traffic" question is simple, you, my friend, haven't learned enough yet.
I understand your plight though. There aren't enough structured guides which cater to newbies but won't try to regurgitate things and try to charge you. At the same time, you really cannot expect people who are already making it to be spoon feeding. Would Guy Kawasaki spoon feed you about entrepreneurship? No. Will venture capitalists spoon feed a company they invest in about how to run a business? Nope.
If you want something of a structured guide, ahead to Neil Patel's website and look for his guides in SEO, content marketing, link building and social media. He had written guides for both basic and advanced levels. A forum is not a place to look for structured guides and spoon-feeding. It is a place where you ask specific questions to get specific answers. Not the other way round.
