Step 1 add your competitors URL
Step 2 record your action with a screen macro recorder
Step 3 Submit every 5mins

If this is the case all black hat is good
and your site will never get blocked wow - I do think your wrong seen many sites getting banned and I have dropped a few of my clients competitors listings.

if that was possible, than everyone would have been doing long back, i don't think google engineers are not so foolish like us, just a question, ask your self " why can't we beat the google at their game?"

If you could just simply load up PR storm and do this then the top spots for Make Money Online would not be the same 2 Bloggers that have been there for years. People would've destroyed them already.
Google at times can be harsh to the legit and white hat but they're not stupid. If you truly and really want to damage your competition, then take their niche and their main keywords they focus on and build it better than them and overthrow their reign.

i guess if the opinion that trying to damage a significantly established site is not possible is correct then you could argue that spamming via xrumer or whatever will only help you and can't possibly hurt you.
It can't be both ways. either it hurts or it helps. right? if there is a threshold at which point a site can't be harmed it would be valuable to know.
theres is also the idea that at some point it wont affect rank at all once blackhat spammed. no increase or decrease. again another instance where a threshold would have been crossed.
