Actually is a good way to get likes , share if u copy your fb page post and post in groups

I just got FB notice claim cannot like this so call trying to get fake likes , share

so it means you cannot share your own page post in groups??

I does noticed today my likes reduce fast in a rate

What the context was on the page where you shared your post? Did you motivated or ask people to share in exchange for something?

Respectfully, I would recommend getting Grammarly to help you write your threads properly in English. I cannot comprehend your thread without overthinking my own brain process.

On Topic: Facebook inputs a UI to help you share your own posts in groups, they're not against it. The issue you're having is that you're triggering a spam filter for posting your posts into groups multiple times, and they're possibly getting reported. Once you've done this multiple times, your account will have restrictions placed on it.

nope I never ask people share.
I only copy my page post link address to group related to my niche ..

Now I cannot post , fb claim against their Tos.

so it it perm or after perhaps one day or so I can post again ?

ok , but i can post in group directly with my site link never get restricted.
Now is if i post my FB page post in group got restricted , so will be perm ? or after some days can post again?

Try to joining groups with the page and then post a picures from that pagr. It will work

Kinda weird, so I reply back select this is a mistake which FB claim , there are two option , if you feel is a mistake , choose here, if you want to secure your account choose here.
So I choose is a mistake ,
