I have sent out several emails to him, used his support help desk, opened a new ticket. I received now a email message from him, I shall use the support ticket center. Now I tried it again but he has removed me from his email-lists, I cant contact him anymore. I have bought this item Monday 12.4.2010 and I guess he will ripp of me. I googled him yesterday and I did saw other people has also given negative reports about him. Of course I am in sorrow now to loose my money.
