Hi. First, I'm new here and was having trouble deciding where to put this topic so I apologize if this is the wrong section. If it's wrong, please kindly tell me where it would go. I've been searching google for answers to my problem, a lot of the results took me to this site and was under this same section so I am hoping it's right. But in any case I need some help/advice.

The topic in question is videos on Dailymotion being flagged. I have seen some other topics on this but neither were from youtube or from DM but I didn't feel they answered my questions or I need more insight.

So, I've been using dailymotion since July 2015 and have been uploading videos no problem. Never rejected, then stopped for a while and started uploading a lot more in October 2015. Then again in January 2016. Never a problem. I kept uploading and they stayed. Now all of a sudden, every single video I upload gets rejected within 12 hours or less. Every. Single. One. Some times it happens within minutes. Since when does dailymotion have a problem with my videos that I have been uploading since last year? I know DM can reject videos but in my case right now, I am %100 convinced that someone is intentionally flagging every video of mine after it's uploaded and is waiting for me to upload more. I then attempted to either reupload or uploaded new videos. This kept going on and as of yesterday I could not log on to my account and it told me my account was disabled/terminated for continuing to violate the terms of use. Since when am I violating the terms of use? I feel someone is flagging them and bringing it to DM's attention and then they reject it. Even though the videos that have been up for the past six months stay up and aren't flagged or rejected. But any new one I put up, one after another, gets taken down way too fast.

I may have made the mistake of trying to expand and advertise myself more on youtube to bring in more views to DM since I was making money off the videos. When I uploaded the videos on YT, which were only four when I first started a few days ago, were taken down within hours. I had a link to my DM channel to help bring in more views and more revenue. I think the person who got upset at my videos on youtube, followed me over to my DM channel and continued to flag my videos like they did on youtube. Because before that I was not having any problems. Then suddenly I post a link from my DM channel to YT and my videos on DM are suddenly being rejected right away like on YT. I know that sounds crazy but it's a hell of a coincidence.

I am so sorry for making this so long but I just want to fully explain the situation. The videos are MINE. Not copyrighted, they're basically vlogs you could say. You know how people on youtube film themselves at home or at stores or with their friend or something. Talking about whatever. It's basically like that. So I don't see what's so "inappropriate" about them. At least according to YT. DM just says it was rejected. Nothing else. And I don't even put anything in my descriptions for that to be an issue. The titles and tags speak for themselves. I've usually ignored doing the descriptions.

Now, if the problem really was someone literally waiting to flag every video I uploaded, what would be your advice on how to handle this and to come back with my videos without this happening again? I was making money from it and am really pissed this happened. I had lots of followers, views, and all that, that was finally getting big. Now all gone. I was so mad when my DM channel was cancelled that I immediately made a new one and started to upload again. Some new videos, some the same from before as those were big hits. And the same thing started to happen, I think this person somehow still knew it was me. As the videos/tags/titles were all generally the same. Maybe I should start over again with a completely different new name that doesn't sound like my other one. Would that help? I don't know how this person keeps finding me like this.

Now, if that's NOT the problem, and it really is DM suddenly hating my videos and rejects them in less than 12 hours, what is my way around that so I can get back into business here and rebuild everything to where it was. I've heard other people say things like to edit the video differently to make it appear to be different. How would I go about doing that? It sounds like some people were successful with this. Like someone would do something to their video to make it appear to be different and then that solves the problem when they upload it. What kind of things should I do that would work and how would I do it?

So as of right now I have no channel any where. And I am too afraid to try again on DM because I fear it's just going to happen again. Right now my game plan is to wait a few more days, then start a new channel under a brand new different name, and see what happens. Assuming if the problem really was someone waiting to flag my videos. Cause it would literally get rejected so fast, one video after another when that's never happened before. Good game plan? If not, what should I do which ever one of these two problems might be. It's like right now, I don't have a chance in hell in uploading a video and having it stay there.

    Thank you for your time.

The DailyMotion support team is a lot more helpful than many may think. They have helped me take down many old videos of mine that were uploaded to accounts I no longer had access to. Unlike YouTube, when you talk to DM support you get a real response from a real person that wants to hear back from you about your concerns.

I would start with telling them directly what you've just told us - https://faq.dailymotion.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?

If you do have to make a new account and start over then I recommend using a proxy or VPN

    Good luck
