Dailymotion unlimited uploading

Hi everyone, as there is not anywhere to post about Dailymotion, I found Youtube section to write. I want to learn that if it is possible to make channels to which we can upload unlimited videos. I ask this question because I found a channel which is uploading many videos in a day but my channels are limited.

How old is that competitor channel? Older channels with followers can upload as much as they want (I think).
