dailymotion payment problem

i earned more than 500 $ form dailymotion last july 2015 and till now they don't send anything to me. I send more than 8 request and they always say "It has been forwarded to the right department." .
IS There any solution ?

I've seen a lot of such complaints. People recieved money but in a long time.
