(Dailymotion) How to upload video above then 1 hour?

I'm interested in this one too. I'm looking for expert to give me some advises.
 
USE A VPS if a real video(high speed internet)
If u are making a fake video then use windows movie maker with a pic of the movie/tvshow/cartoon/anime and extend it for over 1 hr then compress it to 10-20mb then upload it

You cant. If there are some then they are either old or special partner accounts that you can get unless you are a big media corporation.
