Doubt you'll find something for free, but they have their own official mass uploader: http://www.dailymotion.com/en/factory/massuploader

You can manually create accounts, there is no need to verify your email so you can register with random emails, that's what I do.
Works fine for me.

And yes one great thing about this is that you can save your videos, tags and description in an excel file so you an easily re-upload the same videos quickly.

I know about the massuploader, but i would like to also automate account creation and maybe use proxies or change the ip dinamically.

it is very hard to walk through daylimotion spamfilter. Support will ban U after all. Ttying to automize the DM is a Waste of time ? sorry bro but that`s a sad truth.
