Every day, I will write about my personal learning journey with Stoicism. I'll share new techniques, thoughts, exercises, and insights from great philosophers like Marcus Aurelius and Seneca. Stick with me, friends! I’m committed to providing valuable content daily as I explore new ideas and share my experiences with you in a personal way, rather than relying on generated messages.
Day 2 Stoicism:
Accept Death - Memento Mori ("Remember you must die")
Death is inevitable, fearing it wastes time that could be spent living fully.
Marcus Aurelius - "You could leave life right now. let that determine what you do, say and think"
Seneca - "Let us prepare our mind as if we'd come to very end of life. let us postpone nothing"
