Increase the daily budget of your campaigns to as high as possible. Facebook's algo will detect it's a high spender and limit will increase.
 
How many days do you spend? You can change to a higher account/now your account limit automatically increases as your spending increases
 
This hold error usually takes at least 2 to 3 days to fix. But it's very difficult, the fix rate is only about 30%. So you should change another account to use first.
