No buddy, adding a card does not reduce spending limit, only you who violate FB policy will be restricted from spending

Not really. If you are having trouble with your BM ( I supposed) account, I suggest you try another BM account.

I recommend using a personal ad account with a long spending history, it will be very healthy

when adding card only problem with reduced payment threshold, will not be reduced spending limit

I have encountered this before. When you add a payment card to your facebook account, your account automatically drops the limit. I think it may be because your previous account is showing a virtual limit or a reduced spending limit. The fix is that you spend daily to reach the limit of that account and then after 2-3 days the limit will be increased
