If anyone finds this useful, I made a tool a while ago which returns short domains that were deleted daily. It's written in PHP. It can return domains of any kind of length.

This tool returns short domains that will expire daily. It returns domains which you want, for example 4 character .com domains with or without numbers and without or with hyphens (which would return L-LL, LL-L or L--L domains).
It can also return .net and other domains
