if you are going to use a proxy scrapper bot you will not get more then 3-5k live public proxies.

..Daily i scan 40k+ proxies.when i test on the tester .i see alive proxies 15 to 20k. lets suppose you scan 30k proxies.when you test them in any nice tester like ScrapeBox or any other HTTP tester...
few proxies r must be dead show in the tester and keep it mind dun test the proxies on Low DSL speed...your DSL speed must be very nice speed then you get nice result
...if you dunno about port scanning then you never get 30k+ public proxies.....

Botnet proxies? Which is illegal in many ways and I do not recommend you this. It just to prove the statement that you can get these.

Possible? Absolutely. Possible for free? Absolutely not. lol. You're not going to see or get that many w/o paying period. Also I'll call bullshit on anyone that says they're scanning 40k valid alive proxies per day. That's not realistic at all, and if it was they'd be selling them as that'd be approx, 10-15x more proxies than anyone offers of the public variety. That's not a coinincidence. If you want to say you have 40k proxies you can get a reponse from that's a different story, but unless you're scanning at around 1 million IPs per minute there's no chance you'll get that many working and useable proxies.
