Hi, as its my first post on this forum i want to quickly welcome everyone. My names Martin i have been lurking this forum for few years back always being fascinated how people make money online. I tried a few things as a crypto investing, doing youtube videos, and had a dropshipping store when i was young but failed on every each attempt to make money. I work as a hod carrier here in the uk making arround 2k per month but the job is extremly exhausting and due to my old car accident every day after work i cant literally stand on my leg because of the ankle pain. Also i became a happy dad for a little beanie boy which is now 3 months old. I want to change my life arround, have more time to spend with my family and build and online business and this journey is to motivate myself and keep the the things on track also to get some advices along the way from more experienced people.

I want to make a dropshipping store in a baby niche but more than focusing on a quick money i want to focus on long term business - the quality of my products, delivery time, and branding not as i done before selling crappy items from aliexpress. I have more money to invest and more ideas than when i was a teenager so i believe i can really get on with this. Even tho many people have the opinion that dropshipping is dead i believe it still works with a good branding and marketing especially now after the pandemic.

Today the plan is to buy a shopify access, buy a premium theme, domain and hosting and make a bit of research on the products i want to sell.
For the marketing i will use tiktok mainly creating brand and user generated content then if i will find a winning product i will move into the facebook ads.

Any advices welcomed!

Wish you all the best for your internet marketing journey. Always keep remembering focussed.

Hey Martin
Why would you need a hosting and Shopify plan at the same time?

Good luck with the journey. Keep it up and don't give up!

best of luck with the journey. POD maybe something to consider incorporating into the store as well.

Will follow this thread, good luck!

Yes, dropshipping is not dead. But it has more risks involved as compared to affiliate marketing. It is as good as running your own ecommerce store without inventory.

Which dropshipping platform have you joined with Shopify thought? Please let us know and share your experience with it.

I have bookmarked your thread to watch it for future updates my friend. Wish you all the best!
