what does da and pa mean to you, what the full names .

pa = page authoritie

da = data athrorite
 
I focus more on TF from majestic...i found that DA,PA and CF can be easily manipulated..i check backlinks value manually using google search after initial TF value check..

Dude, DA means Domain authority, PA means Page Authority.

@OP - If you insist to use Moz metrics, then PA is important if you are buying link at specific page, while DA is more important if you are buying the domain.

Moz metrics (as any other) are merely good to sort massive amount of domains. Once you have the websites you want to purchase links from (or to buy the domain) go and manually check the links to this website, the specific page, links FROM this website, the traffic, the overall quality of the website and its content. Do not blindly follow any metrics.
 
Bla Bla Bla ... All these are just metrics to meet up industry standard . Google hardly incorporates all these metrics to their system.

Metrics are just in there to be decisive enough. DA is quite well important driving at your question. With good DA you can rank internal pages without needing to do extra work.
 
Domain Authority (DA) is MORE POWERFUL than PA. increasing the DA value will improve the rank of all internal pages.
 
Compare with PA, DA is very important for increasing your site DA and position on google.
 
Domain authority is strong compared with Page authority, and don't worry much about these metrics, just build quality links and having good onpage is enough.
 
Google don't use any of these metrics in their algorithm. DA is better than PA, but TF and CF from majestic is better then both of these.
 
Your website's DA is more important and powerful than PA so one should focus more on increasing DA. But sometimes these metrics hardly matter because google doesn't rank your website based on your DA or PA
