There are many gigs in Fiver which guarantee ur website gets DA50-70 in 30 days. Are those worth it?

They do work. They're artificially inflating the values (DR, DA, etc). They're good if you just care about numbers, but these are 3rd party metrics - they don't mean anything to Google and won't be of any benefit in ranking keywords on your site.
 
They build redirect links. You can get a copy of such links from Youtube if you search it. These links inflate DA, DR but have no effect on search engine rankings.
