DA,PA without a site

I want to buy a domain and from namecheap for 8.88$, I got the domain name with 9 words.

However, from MOZ it shows, even without a site the domain has A PA and DA;

The back links profile has low DA backlinks

SPAM score shows as :--(no value)

My question is without a site, how can this be possible ?

Is this a good domain to buy?

What do you mean "without a site"?

Backlinks point to domain name not hosting / files.

For 8 bucks I would risk it.

Check archive.org and you might find what kind of site was there before you found this domain. If you see some weird site with Japanese or Cyrillic chars, then consider that the page could be at a risk of not ranking.

Expired domain usually has such problems. You should check your domain.
