I'm looking for some domains with some strength so that I can get backlinks from them for my website. And I wonder how high should the DA and PA of a domain be if I'm looking for a domain that had e.g. PR5 in the past. I know that Google is no longer updating the PR, so if a domain is still PR5 now, it can be a PR1 in reality currently - so I'm not looking for such domains. Therefore I wonder what would be a good strong value of DA & PA of a domain.

Looks for DA/PA 40+, AND citation and trust flow at around the same figures.

DA metrics are crap, you're better of with TF from majestico, for a PR5 you should be looking for TF 50, but never ever forget to check the backlinks :)

Forget metrics. Look for sites/pages that are ranking well and have a solid backlink profile, preferably a couple authority links too.

PR5 could go between DA25(ish)-DA70(ish) , it really depends on the link profile. I am talking from my experience.

as above people said pr is a metric that will not be updated anymore , trying looking for high TF 30+ (majestic) would be a good domain to consider for pbn/money site. make sure to check their link profile + archives for spam

TF above 15 should be fine to help you rank in low competition keywords. No need to find TF 30+. Get what you need to rank and don't forget to check the backlinks to detect spam
