Option #2 has more chance of helping your site rank. DA is a 3rd party metric that has no sway on your website ranking.

Also when I will rank kinda good with few backlinks and optimalized text but not on a first place. Should I try change text or buy more backlinks?

If DA was the main metric to rank in Google, you could easily rank for every possible niche by just spending $$ to manipulate it,
It's outdated and easily manipulated, mostly used by scammers to sell overpriced spam links everywhere

So these days DA only makes difference when backlinks come from high or low DA sites
But single good DA wont do much for ranking

DA To 50 won't give you any benefit.

but few high quality backlinks from high authority sites with good content will do.

DA doesn't make any difference,
What does is getting links from authority, possibly niche relevant websites, as well as your website on page,

You can only use it for filter some list of websites when scraping,
Even then, Ahrefs & Semrush DRs and total RDs still much better way to do the job

Yes ! You have to check for Good DR or DA with low SS and high PA

Probably most of the authority websites will have high DA, but not every high DA website is an authority one,

Just forget about Moz, use Ahrefs & Semrush,
They're way better, still possibly manipulated, but better at filtering results as well

Not necessarily, not all of them at least,
Try to get the same or similar authority links they got, the ones that you can possibly get without overpaying,
You can get different links and still outrank them tho, it's all about price to benifit ratio, basically getting the best possible links for the cheapest price

Glad that helps,
Just take your time and make more research before diving into buying links,

There are people wasting $$$-$$$$ buying links that won't make any difference,
Especially with the latest google updates,
even the old spammy links that used to get you some temporary push won't make any minor differences in most cases
