I found domains with 30 - 20 DA points and 20-40 PA.
Could these be useful for SEO?I don't know,link building or whatever

Dont rely only on DA or PA they might be outdated. See the backlink profile. If it's good and with a lot of authority links go for it

If those domains are free to register, I will bet $500 they are spammed to death.

DA and PA both help.
If its a PBN then Both helps alot
If they are Real websites please check CF,TF and Traffic too before putting your money on them
