what is Domain Autharity ? And how it effect your website to rank in SERP ?
Can Any body inform me about about this topic?

DA, or Domain Authority (a Moz metric), does not directly help in ranking a website. It is simply one of the metrics / signal used to evaluate the overall authority of a website.

Domain Authority (DA) is a score that predicts how well a website will rank on search engines, with higher DA helping improve SERP rankings through better trust and visibility.

Domain Authority (DA) is a Moz metric that indicates how well a site can rank on Google. It depends on the quality and quantity of backlinks. It is not used directly by Google, but it helps to understand the strength of your site.

A bullshit indicator, easy to manipulate and create spammy websites with supposedly strong metrics, perfect to sell shitty domains for newbies who things this ''metric'' is king when judging the quality of a domain

Hijacking this to ask my question. A lot of domains I find people selling say 20-30 DA but when I enter it into Moz it says not enough information. And in Ahrefs free tool it says like 1.4 score or some score below 10. Do I need paid version to see the info? How are people coming up with these DA scores when I cant even find it.

Domain Authority - DA is a score from 1-100 which predicts how well a website can rank in search results.
A higher DA usually means better chances of ranking well, so focus on creating quality content and building strong backlinks to improve your score

DA is nothing but a vanity number, and I'm still amazed at the amount of people that seem to be fixated upon it.
It reminds me of people who were obsessed with Alexa rankings.

Domain Authority (DA) is a ranking score created by Moz to estimate a website's ability to rank on search engines. It ranges from 1 to 100, with higher scores indicating stronger ranking potential. DA depends on factors like the quality and quantity of backlinks, website structure, and content relevance. A higher DA increases the likelihood of appearing higher in SERPs, attracting more organic traffic. While not a direct Google ranking factor, it reflects overall SEO health and competitiveness.

Domain Authority (DA) is a metric developed by Moz that predicts how likely a website is to rank in search engine results pages (SERP). It is scored on a scale of 0 to 100, with higher scores indicating a greater likelihood of ranking well.

DA is determined by several factors, including the quality and quantity of backlinks, the site's content, user experience, and other SEO elements. A higher DA suggests that a website is seen as more authoritative and trustworthy by search engines, making it more likely to rank higher in SERPs.

Effect on SERP Ranking: While DA itself is not a direct ranking factor used by Google, websites with higher DA typically perform better in SERPs. This is because they usually have stronger backlinks and better overall SEO practices, which contribute to higher rankings. However, DA is just one of many factors affecting ranking, and it should be optimized alongside other SEO efforts.
