I've seen quite a few people offering Google Redirects to build DA, is there any other tricks?

I saw a thread on here about Google Redirects but the text file link has been removed so I couldn't test it

And I'm fully aware that it's a third party metric, just interested

Blog comment on high da blogspot blog
Does it really make a difference?

Also, how would I find a list of Blogspot Blogs to comment on?

Be patient, because a combination of time and some dedication to your link-building strategies will help your site authority, and it will be easier for you to rank well.
Focus on Link Building
Eliminate any Harmful Backlinks
Create Great Content
Look for Crawlability Issues
Boost Your Social Presence

It doesn't matter OP unless you are someone selling links
I was just looking to try some of these tricks out I suppose lol

I see so many people offering "$5 for google redirects" haha

What links would you be building to a site for power? I know about guest posts etc, looking to test public link methods (Forum profiles, web 2.0 links etc)

It's an easy process. site:blogspot.com + "keyword"
for broad match don't use the double quotes around your keyword.

The links that are available to everyone without any effort are trash links. The links that can be created with some effort are good. The links that are impossible to create for free are better. If you don't even know how someone acquired a link and it absolutely seems like natural link, then it's a perfect backlink.

I see, so in regards to links that can be created with some effort, are you referring to Web 2.0's or?

This is why any serious SEO disregards DA or Moz as anything other than BS

I was genuinely just interested in how these "tricks" work, I know people fake their DA just to sell links, hence why I only buy from certain trusted providers :/

Web 2.0s, Forum Links, Reddit Links etc. can be created with some effort. But web 2.0s don't have any authority and should be treated as fresh websites. You should avoid whatever links that can be created using blackhat tools.

Ah I see, so providing I can create the links with decent content and get them indexed, I should see some success?

Ah great, let's say I'm going for a medium difficulty keyword, how many web 2.0's should I build to the page/article?

If you are falsely inflating the DA of your properties, I honestly think that should be a bannable offense.
If you're just asking about how to get better links, then that's a different story...

Researching my friend. DA has absolutely no benefit so if your investing time to falsely inflating the DA, you have too much time on your hands.

Most people boosting DA with redirects, since you are very interested. Try that!
