It looks like a social content network like Medium in thai... should be fine to point to your MS like a 2.0 tier 1 content.

I checked for the external links(outbound links) from this website using ahrefs, and it shows only 10 domains. so, though i don't yet understand whats the catch here, i can say that this website does not work. i would've deleted this thread but i don't see an option.
