D7 Lead Finder or ZoomInfo Alternative (B2B Database)

I'm looking for a US business database where i can sort by company size or revenue, industry - and i'm looking to get the owner / manager name and their personal phone (but at least the name).

D7 is dated and the data is old (and there are no personal phone numbers)

Zoominfo is expensive (and not too accurate from what i hear).

I need phone numbers not emails...

And i need them in bulk (otherwise, i can get just a few from apollo.io - but they are expensive)

There are D7 alternatives in the market that you can use to scrape live real time b2b data.

I can find you phone numbers of decision makers without a problem.
