What is your opinion on getting backlinks from website like this one:

It creates a d0f0llow backlink with DR 82
Does this backlink have some weight in front of Google?

You shouldn't do that. That site has a big OBL percentage from which 99% are spammy pharma links.
Don't link it directly to your money site.
