Cybersecurity

This technology is quite safe.
Can you share assets leaking experience?
I'm at the beginning of a cybersecurity study. I'm not sure that the information is reliable. I hope to find the answer here.

I think you have to go to other forum to get the answer.
Anyway, good luck with your search and reveal.

Let me share my experience with you. I had found bugs on almost all leading web properties like FB, Google and Yahoo. This, I feel that no technology is 100% fool proof.

Thanks. I didn't understand at first.

Can you tell more details about your research?
I mean that there are also such things like end-to-end encryption and peer-to-peer network and lots of other things. Some security protocols.
It's a very deep topic to tell you everything in few words. If you're interested learn more about cyber security.

Any one, except me encrypt SSD with veracrypt? Even if someone steal your laptop - he can't nothing do with it

Nothing is 100%. that's the first think you'll learn in cybersecurity :)

Actually, I'm an IT security engineer and Hacker (cybersecurity diploma). If I can help you in some ways, I'm here! Just, not in how to hack a blockchain :D

May I contact you one day for hack services?))

I've never done this before, but recently I decided to test such encryption. Is there's any difficulties?
No, it's very simple. All you data will be encrypted and just before loading you have to type a password, loading are long, but this time worth it. That's all, but results are great.

Hello. I’am starting my cybersecurity course , so I have basic understanding of all the magical features of blockchain. Namely, it is impossible to hack and steal info thanks to advanced keys. But, scrolling forums recently I have found several topics about hacked dexs and etc, and assets leaking.
How do you think is a block chain 100% safe? Or it can be hacker before quantum computing comes?
Help curious student plz)
Yea well it definitely is infinitely harder to hack a true dex but not completely impossible. Also it depends on what that dex collects (in terms of info) while decentralized trading should be hack proof for the most part. The order matching tends to be done off chain meaning its done on that companies own servers. If they for whatever reason store your Private key ( shey shouldnt) then if they get hacked your wallet is still compromised

DEX'es are hard to hack. Even owners of the DEX don't have access to funds. They managed by smart contracts. I don't even know how it's possible.

Nothing is 100% as Sylar stated, unless it's a closed system. And even then, you could still go mission impossible mode and repel from the ceiling into the mainframe room.

That said, technology is improving constantly, and I believe it's getting more difficult for the wannabe hackers to gain access to things. Still though, plenty of ways to phish info from unsuspecting and uninformed.

Everything with the access to the internet may be hacked. So, if you herd about stolen account, nor the hacked platform, in means that hacker just recieved an acces to users information through the connection to his computer

User ends. It sounds very simple. It may be a human factor.
Not just user end when taking human factor, There is the developer as well. Even if crypto is safe that doesn't mean the service/wallet/website you use is!

Encryption doesn't matter if the service you use isn't. Just like what happened with signal messenger and leaving messages in a text file bug.

How it doesen't matter? Ether is safe, but i see some hack/stole news almost week

I hadn't heard anything like that about Signal. Can you please share the link as I'm really interested in it!
Thanks in advance.

Here i wasn't talking about the protocol, i meant the service you use, as in client-side including a software like (jaxx) wallet or a website like blockchain or myetherwallet.

I can't find the exact article, but here is a related github issue:
