Cyberroot is a scammer

I paid this dude $160 for a month for a dedicated smtp server that supposedly could send 400k/daily and nothing ever went thru. He said he would setup and manage everything and did nothing but use me for experimenting. Everything he suggested was a wash. He bought extra ips after one of my domains was blacklisted and the ips were in the same ip range making them useless. He kept blaming me for using "bad" lists. When i checked the bounce logs more than 60% of the bounces were blocked by the receiving server...probably because the domains were blacklisted. Then about 15-20% were soft bounces and the rest were inactive addresses. When i asked for a refund he started the blame game all over and blocked access to the server with 5 days left in my billing month. This dude is a super scammer and i would definitely stay away with him. I'm not the complaining(write a bad review) kind of guy but this dude asked for it. I even told him i would have to resort to writing this if I didnt get at least a partial refund and he said he didnt care.

To be honest he was somewhat right, im guessing you just lists posted here inactive addresses will dirty ur ips FAST. I've done business with him and nothing went wrong, but then again that was only 5 measly dollars so im not taking any sides here :/

Edit: one thing i would say was scammy tho is u arent gonna send 400k a day with 1 server, ever.

yes you are right...he's a super scammer. I know that a$$hole also...bhw banned user blackmagicmaster. He didn't scammed me but I know that he scammed BHW members more than 5K. he was planning to make some more big scams but I think/hope that this time not so big anymore.
anyway that's your fault also....don't buy anything if it's not in BST thread.

UKDirecthost was at BST thread and it was an nightmare for couple of BHW users too as i know. Just to mention.

I like your posts, but sometimes I wonder if you are a little too unforgiving.

There is a fundamental difference between a scam and a poor service. A scam is a result of malice acts of betrayal in business. A poor service can be the result of many things and especially in this business, where there is money to be made and bigger fish trying to make it...

I am not saying that Welshman was a good service, but I do know that he was not intentionally stealing people's money or lying to them about things he already knew to be untrue, but rather he was hit with unpredictable consequences as a result of a targeted attack on him by the most influential spam-fighting organization on the planet. So, maybe it wasn't worth it in the end, but did he really "scam" anyone here?

I like your posts aswell, but i think you are just too incentive.

I cant say it for sure, but my feelings says, there were no anti-spam-organizations involved in UKD's fall, more technical unpreparedness, poor and oversold servers.

And when it was recognized, they just released a myth, what the positive and innocent massive eats.

But this can be my bad, i cant belive in good people and tales. ^^

Hope im not right anyways.

Maybe I am more informed and don't have time for sensitivity in business.

Welshman, as well as hundreds of other people in the mailing community are on my chat contacts and I speak to all of them quite frequently.

Whenever there is an attack from Spamhaus, I am typically one of the first to know about it because I watch antis VERY closely (as closely as they watch us) and I may be an asshole, but I am honest and loyal and couldn't tell on someone if my life depended on it. Those qualities make me an ideal candidate for this type of work and I love it.

If I didn't get edumicated, I am sure I'd be a hustler of some kind. I used to "grind" 16 hour days in outside sales to pretend to be a dopeboy and now I grind 18 hour days to pretend to be a millionaire.

I am sure that, by the age of 40, I will be grinding 20 hour day pretending to be a billionaire...isn't that what we all want here; to live like we shouldn't be able to? Well, I know that's what I'm shooting for, how about you.

Not a taunting statement, you're alright with me...but that's how I feel for real...

Anyway, he was banned permanently.

Wow, I paid him $250 a month for set up and got 300k per hour sends last week.
