Customizing Twenty Ten Theme

I am planning to customize Twenty Ten wordpress theme for adsense. I have seen that it is one of the best types of themes that rank high in G if properly customized. One such customization is at phlebotomytraininginfo dot com

Does anybody know how to include the links to other posts on the top page as done in this theme? I am not a big fan of hardcoding - as I'd need to add links manually everytime I add a new post. I'd appreciate if anyone knows how to achieve this effect using a suitable WP plugin.

I use Similar post wordpress plugin. It can be configured to your preference.
As for the theme, Yea its a snip to alter and with a bit of css3 you can do just about anything with it.
