Customer Relation Management and Membership sites

Does anyone use CRM software with their WordPress website? I'm looking for a CRM plugin that could also integrate with a member site plugin. The flow goes as follows, a website visitor enters information in a contact form, that form creates an entry into the CRM software, that lead converts to a customer and the customer now has access to the member site. I can see there being a need for the site owner to "flag" or "switch" the CRM lead to a customer and generates a member account.

So far, WPCRM at codecanyon seems promising. Zoho seems to offer a free version for small teams and has a WP plugin for contact form integration.

Does anyone have any CRM experience/use with WordPress?
