Yes, youre right, i just could not resist this time, usually we do reply nicely. ..i erased the 'crack pipe' and the 'asshole' before sending the message last second in a change of mind..
Yeah, word of mouth can be a bitch sometimes....
Just wait until you refund someone and they abuse you for refunding I know the pain though, sqhunter. Some days...
I had customers pressing a refund, just to tell me then that the card was cancelled so the refund goes nowhere, and this after the products were delivered with usps confirmation..
Then make me responsible as they cannot get their money back and ask for a paypal refund or a check.
