Sent a payment of $70 to CustomBuilt with no results. He said his account was limited and could I sent to another address which showed up on PayPal as "Gidayawan Online Service". When I looked it up at BHW, this was the PayPal account of ScriptCloaker. Same person, I am sure. All the skype texts others have shown match mine (as in send $$ to personal not for goods/businesses).
Whether he is banned or not from this site, I don't care. I am just warning others so that it doesn't happen to you, too.
(I have filed a report with PayPal alerting them of his scams under his two email addresses that he gave to me. Both those emails are connected to his PayPal account: [email protected] and [email protected]. If PayPal reviews my case and finds it truthful, they will refund the money back to me. They are investigating the case now.)
