Custom Web Design - ONLY Experienced Designers

my new idea is in the making, and I need a quote from an experienced web designer.

Requirements:

- Nice design, logo etc.
Needs to be recognisable since this is going to be quite a unique project.

- All necessary stuff like cookie warning, ToS, etc.

- Ability to quickly import content and to organize it easily. A Virtual assistant needs to be able to quickly add new content, sorted by category etc.

- Security and stuff all in place! No need to get hacked now, do we…
