Custom VCC // Virtual Credit Card for PayPal

Hi guys,


I am in a high need of a VCC, to get a huge discount on something.
So anyone knows a site where I can buy a legal VCC and where I can send money to with PayPal only.
My PayPal account is already activated, so it's not for that.
I am looking for a cheap service, and what I mean with that is that I don't have to pay any fees if I send money to it.
I am not looking for entropay or vcc-market, Already checked them out and it was not were I was looking for.
