Custom User Title - Unavailable?

Hi guys:

A side thought I have had throughout recent days. I see specific members on the forum that have a custom user title.

I assume this functionality is no longer available regardless of Jr. VIP status anymore. Can any of the mods explain why it was removed?

This is one for @Diamond Damien but I'd wager that it was being abused in some manor. Either advertising, impersonation or just trolling.

Could just be an error, might come back for 2.0 not sure...
