Google's is great, but they do not allow affiliate network links sometimes.

Yes, it's why I didn't include it in the list.
The best way is to build your own URL shortener.
A script is available on BHW.

There are lots of url shorteners. Here are some that offer customization options,
statistics, 301 redirect as well as some other useful things like export to CSV, bulk
