Do you mean it was an old function on the forum?There used to be this feature and I loved it

yeah previously it was possible to change the user title as far as I can remember. Now a days, only admins can do it.

It was a feature years ago on the old vBulletin forum. This changed when the forum migrated to Xenforo as we did have some issues with members using the title to impersonate BHW staff, breaking rule 3.6, or using the custom title as advertising space.
It's just not a feature we're currently looking to bring back.
