Custom sources with ProxyFire

Hi

I just started using ProxyFire and I'd like to use the custom proxy scraping sources with it but I can't find a way to use them.
Any advice?

load up my proxyfire and write how to do it

load up proxyfire - and press on the p-leecher tab
next press the forum list button and delete all the txt in the file
that comes up and paste your url list into the txt file then close it.
then click GO and wait while proxyfire leeches proxies from the urls
finally click results directory to get your leeched proxies
