Custom Quick Links on the Left Side Bar?

Hello,

To increase productivity for members to get where they want to, the places they are often lurking at, or simply places they like hanging out at

Is it possible to have something simple such as a Customizable Quick Links on the sidebar implemented?

Something like this


We could restrict this to Jr VIP and above like the Custom Homepage feed too
