Custom Private Instagram Bot

Hey guys, I'm a new BHW member but have been checking out the forum for awhile now. I'm interested in working with anyone that has experience in instagram botting and some knowledge of the current limits on instagram when it comes to following, liking, commenting etc. I've tried practically every bot on the market(instafire, igerslike, instaget, etc) and none to be 100% working great so I'm looking for someone who can code a custom private bot that will work great for me. Here are the features that I need.
1. Multiple Account compatible (need the ability to use up to 5000 accounts)
2. Proxy compatible
3. Like, Comment, Follow by hashtag, username, or photo url (in a safe manner so accounts don't get flagged/banned)
4. Photo Upload (can select photos to upload to 1 account or all loaded accounts)
5. Video Upload (same as photo upload, i'm sure this is possible to achieve, just haven't seen any bots with this yet. A friend of mine coded a vine uploader for me so how can there not be an instagram uploader?)
6. Profile Updater ( update profile picture, bios, websites, and be able to set profiles to *private* can do this for individual profile, or select many)
7. Account Creator (simply creates accounts, this is iffy because i've heard that account creation is dead in instagram however if it is possible I would want this feature as well.)
8. RUN 24/7 (self explanatory)

For a custom bot like this I would also want support to keep it up to date with all of instagrams updates. I know it will take time and work to create a bot like this and I am willing to pay whatever is reasonable depending on how efficient the bot and support actually is.

and also I can't seem to find out where you buy insta assault. They have a website but no way to get the bot, at least not a legit copy.
