Custom Payment Forms?

I am looking to create a payment form where I can collect additional info from the user, like their e-mail, their preferences, etc... I know there are third party websites like Wufoo that can handle this for you, but is there a way for me to do this without having pay for a form builder?

I'm just looking to collect some info before they hit my paypal buy now button. I thought of creating a redirect after the purchase to a form to fill out, but I;m not sure how I would keep track of which form is for which order.

Any input is highly appreciated. Thanks.

Pretty sure there are a few wordpress plugins available for this, think I saw a site using one the other day.

The furthest I have found of a solution for free is a redirect to contact form 7 or a similar contact form based plugin AFTER purchasing, and I'm trying to collect information before purchasing, I'm looking around and it's difficult to find a free plugin already made to suit my needs.

There are very nice paid ones, but I'm on a very limited budget, so I'm trying to keep it on the house, if anyone knows of a way to do this, i'd really appreciate the input, thanks.

To be honest I do use Wufoo forms and pay $30/month for it. It's definitely great and worth the money but it all depends on what volumen/price you are selling your thing for. Great in terms of usability though.
